The closest airport is Nassau's Lynden Pindling Airport (LPIA), which is around an eight mile drive to the Lyford Cay Club. Taxis are accessible there at the airport to get you to and from! It is recommended to pre-book airport transfer in advance though, and recommended services are listed in the section below.

Everyone entering The Bahamas requires a valid passport. Be sure your passport doesn't expire within the next 6 months.

Please note, unfortunately, there are no uber/rideshare apps on the island and most taxis are cash only.

The Lyford Cay Club

UPDATE: The room block for guests to stay at the Lyford Cay Club is currently full.

However, for those guests who are Lyford Cay Club members themselves, additional rooms outside of the guest block will be available for booking at your request at the same wedding room rates.

Please note that although the room block is full, there will be Lyford Cay "guest cards" available to enjoy daytime and amenities at the club throughout the weekend for those who could not be accommodated. The Lyford Cay Club front desk has the name of all wedding guests, and you can obtain your guest card there, at your convenience.

You will need a valid credit card to pick up your guest card, as the LCC restaurants and amenities do not accept credit cards or cash payment, so your guest card will serve as your method of payment while on club grounds.

The Island House

A stunning 30-room boutique property located right outside of Lyford Cay. Unfortunately, they do not offer room block rates but you can book directly from The Island House website. Transportation will be offered from The Island House for the wedding.

Baha Mar
